About ME
solving puzzles: from the first piece to the last
My name is Kiev Matwijcow, and I live in Haddonfield, New Jersey. I have worked
on-site as adesigner in New York City, California, and New Jersey, as well as having
worked remotely for companies as distant as Singapore.
There are two ways that I describe my design sensibilities.
The first description uses direct language, punctuated by bullet points,
that highlight my strengths. If you are looking to hire me it's valuable
information and you can access it by reviewing my resume below.
But...
if we were to have a conversation
this is what I would say.
"I love putting together puzzles, I love solving problems and I believe good design is a marriage between the two.
You start with a concept then gather the pieces; images, copy, texture, and color, fitting them together
to tell a story. Two other important variables in the equation are time and accuracy. My ability to focus,
not just on creativity but the practicality of getting a job live or to press, is what sets me apart
from other designers. My projects are done well and on time with minimal supervision."
